Popular video platform Rumble has officially launched a new non-custodial crypto wallet feature, marking a major step in expanding creator monetization on the platform. Developed in partnership with Tether, the wallet allows users to tip content creators using Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Tether Gold (XAUT), giving fans more flexible and decentralized payment options.
Unlike traditional payment systems, the Rumble Wallet is built using Tether’s Wallet Development Kit (WDK), ensuring users retain full control of their funds without relying on third-party custodians or banks. This makes the platform’s tipping system decentralised, secure, and aligned with the core principles of crypto freedom and financial independence.
The wallet is fully integrated into the Rumble app, providing creators with a new income stream beyond ads and subscriptions. The platform believes this innovation will empower creators globally, strengthen user engagement, and support the broader adoption of cryptocurrency-based digital economies.
