CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. has reported a notable decline in Bitcoin’s monthly RSI, signaling weakening market strength. Over the last three months, Bitcoin has seen a drop of about 19.7%, along with a yearly decline of roughly 10.5%. Although Bitcoin shows short-term price stability with minor weekly gains, the RSI now stands at 56.5, falling below its 12-month average of 67.3 and nearing the four-year mean of 58.7.
Historically, when RSI dips below long-term averages, it has often indicated the possibility of a deeper bearish trend. Analysts suggest the next 1–2 months will be critical. If RSI holds between 55–58, Bitcoin may stabilise — but if it drops below 55, further downside risk may increase. Investors are advised to monitor RSI performance closely.
